Automatic data substitution
Use your leads and orders data in generated documents. Company details are also automatically filled for your existing clients (search is performed by TIN or other legal entity ID). You can also create a document based on the other one.

Payment control

Invoices can be marked as paid. When you do so, the invoice amount is automatically deposited to some wallet and payment reminders (if present) are turned off.

Flexible tax settings

Tax-inclusive and tax-exclusive price calculation supported. Different tax amount can be set for each invoice item.

Country settings

Use any currency you want. Currency can be shown as prefix ($100) or postfix (100 $). Any date and time formats are supported (US and EU day-month display, 24 and 12-hour time display). You can also fine-tune TIN (legal entity ID) and phone number formats.

Translations

Set up translations and create documents in any language.

File uploads

Besides standard documents, you can upload any other in Word or PDF and send them to your clients as well (by sharing a link). This feature is also can be used to store photos or scanned copies of signed originals.
